About the Founder and Principal of Cornerstone3

Jennifer Taveras is an Ordained Minister through the National Association of Christian Ministers (NACM), called with a heart of boldness to empower others to walk fully in their God-given purpose and make a lasting impact on the world.  

She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Servant Leadership, equipping her to develop leaders who serve with integrity, humility, and vision.  Jennifer also earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion and brings experience in teaching and sharing principles of health and wellness.  She has completed one year of theological studies at New Brunswick Theological Seminary, with focused training in Pastoral Counseling, Biblical Research, and foundational studies in both Old and New Testaments. Alongside her education she has experience in directing church wide life groups, life group leadership, and participating in various ministries.

Jennifer believes honoring God in every area of life allows His power to work through us.  Through faith, obedience, and intentional leadership, she encourages individuals to impact their churches, families, and communities for the glory God.

She is honored and excited to walk alongside you in this journey as you discover and fulfill God's  purpose for your life.

What We Do

Cornerstone3 exists to build strong, faith-centered leaders through the truth of God’s Word. Our mission is to develop individuals who lead with integrity, humility, and purpose, firmly grounded in biblical principles.

We offer in-person and live online leadership workshops designed to equip and empower individuals to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Through practical teaching, biblical wisdom, and real-world application, our training helps leaders strengthen their influence at home, in their communities, and within their spheres of impact.

At Cornerstone3, we prepare leaders to lead with faith, wisdom, and compassion—standing firm as a cornerstone in an ever-changing world.
